What is Wifi Hotzone?
Wifi Hotzone is a fast, cheap and reliable way of getting internet access while
you're out and about.
What do I need to connect?
All you need is a laptop/ netbook or mobile phone with a wireless (wi-fi) network
card; most new computers and smartphones now come with a wireless card already installed.
If you are trying our network for the first time, we suggest that you sign up for
the 15 Minute Free Trial package before purchasing one of our packages, to make
sure your equipment is compatible with our network.
Where can I connect to Wifi Hotzone?
If you're out and about, look out for the Wifi Hotzone logo, or scan for the wireless
network 'Wifi Hotzone'.
What is a Hotspot?
A hotspot is an area where you can use your Wifi Hotzone account to get online.
It is often a location such as a cafe or a caravan park, but we also have mobile
hotspots mounted along the Thames and on all boats in London's Thames Clipper fleet,
so you can surf while you travel!
How much is it?
All internet access is pay-as-you-go, and we have packages tailored to your needs.
You can purchase internet access for any length of time between one hour to one
month at a time. The following is a list of access plans that we currently offer:

What does my internet package get me?
You get unlimited internet access at 2Mbps speeds at any Wifi Hotzone
Hotspot across the UK and beyond. Some internet access packages may have slightly
different benefits, but you will be made aware of these differences before you purchase.
While a number of factors will affect the speed you receive, our network is designed
to protected against other users maxing out the available bandwidth available per
access point, and as such you will be more likely to receive the speeds advertised
than on a normal shared access point.
Can I sign up with a regular payment method (Direct Debit etc) for continuous access?
Currently, we can only offer internet access on a pay-as-you-go basis. We believe
this helps you to get the very most out of your service, as your package will begin
from the very moment you need it, and there is no chance of forgetting to cancel
a recurring payment once you no longer need it.
I've only used part of my package. Can I get a refund on the remaining part?
Unfortunately, we only give refunds on package purchases if there has been an error,
and we cannot give part-refunds on unused portions of packages. When purchasing,
please ensure that you are choosing the package best suited to your needs and if
you aren't going to be using all of an access package, please consider the more
flexible shorter-term packages that we offer.

For years, hotspots have forced users to login every time they connect, even when
you have a valid account. But now WiFi Hotzone offers a unique experience with our
"Remember Me" option. Next time you log on, check the box and whenever
your device is connected to Wifi Hotzone, you won’t need to log on to access the
internet; no splash screens or login screens, just straight online!
This will continue for as long as you have a valid internet access package on your
account. After this, you will find yourself redirected to purchase more airtime.
